Chicken Tonga

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boned
- 1 small jar apricot preserves
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 1 bottle Russian dressing
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Place chicken in a shallow pan
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over the chicken
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
- Serve with wild rice
