Chicken Tortilla Casserole6 To 8

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg corn tortillas 10 to 12
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green chile salsa
  • 12 soup can milk
  • 4 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 lb medium Cheddar cheese grated or 12 Cheddar and 12 Jack

Directions

  1. Simmer chicken breasts until tender
  2. Save a little broth Shred chicken
  3. Mix soup ingredients soups salsa milk and broth
  4. Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish
  5. Cut tortillas into quarters and start layering tortillas on the bottom then chicken pieces then soup mixture and top with cheese
  6. Repeat layers Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours
  7. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until bubbly
