Chicken Tuna Salad For 100

Ingredients
- 5 whole chickens
- 3 qt shell macaroni
- 4 lb can tuna
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c sliced celery
- 2 c French dressing
- 2 doz hard-cooked eggs
- 2 qt and 1 c salad dressing
- 2 bags frozen peas
- 1 c diced onion
Directions
- Roast the chickens
- Cool and pick off bones Dice
- Marinate in French dressing overnight
- Next day cook macaroni until tender
- Blanch and cool Boil peel and dice the eggs
- Drain and flake tuna
- Mix together diced marinated chicken tuna eggs macaroni peas celery and onion
- Mix together salad dressing and sugar Blend in with the other ingredients
- Best if refrigerated overnight
