Chicken Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 cube margarine
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
Directions
- Spread Rice-A-Roni in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place chicken on rice.
- Put vegetables on chicken.
- Heat soup, milk and margarine until margarine is melted.
- Pour soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Sprinkle cornflakes over top of dish and put back in oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
