Chicken Veronique

Ingredients
- 2 whole large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
- 13 c chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 c seedless grapes halved
- 14 c dry white wine
- 3 c hot cooked rice
Directions
- Skin and bone chicken breasts lengthwise
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces set aside
