Chicken Veronique
Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
- 13 c chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 c seedless green grapes halved
- 14 c dry white wine
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Skin and bone chicken cut into 1-inch pieces
- In wok or skillet melt butter over medium heat
- Stir-fry mushrooms and onions about 2 minutes
- Add chicken and stir-fry about 5 minutes
- Blend broth and flour
- Add to chicken and vegetables Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly
- Stir in grapes and wine heat through
- Serve over rice
