Chicken With Musk Melon Cantaloupe Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp safflower oil
- 2 tsp ginger root finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 14 tsp red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
- 3 oz snow peas
- 1 12 c cantaloupemusk melon
- 4 scallions cut diagonally
- rice
Directions
- Combine soy sauce oyster sauce stock arrowroot water and lime juice
- Mix well until cornstarch dissolves
- Set aside
