Chicken With Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb boneless chicken cutlets
- 1 large jar medium salsa
- 1 c red wine
- 1 pkg Spanish rice
Directions
- In large skillet in oil and butter lightly brown the chicken cutlets on both sides
- Pour salsa and wine on top of cutlets simmer about 15 to 20 minutes until cutlets are thoroughly cooked While cutlets are cooking prepare rice and serve cutlets over rice
