Chicken With White Wine
Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts boneless
- 12 to 34 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- pinch of paprika
- flour as needed
- 12 c butter
- 1 c mushrooms
- 14 c chopped scallions
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic sliced thin
- 12 c white table wine
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt pepper and paprika
- Coat well with flour
- Brown in 14 cup butter
- Remove chicken and add remaining butter
- Brown mushrooms scallions celery and garlic Return chicken to pan
- Add wine and simmer slowly for 45 minutes or until tender
