ChiefS Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 34 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 34 c milk
• 12 c salad oil
• 4 egg whites

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside
2. Mix dry ingredients well
3. Combine milk and oil stir into dry mixture
4. Stir quickly and only until dry ingredients are moistened the batter will be lumpy
5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
6. Bake on high in preheated waffle iron
7. For even baking close lid quickly dont open
8. Wait for signal light or until steam stops
