Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 34 c pineapple juice
  • 1 pkg orange Jell-O small
  • 1 large can Carnation milk
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

  1. Mix eggs sugar and pineapple juice until smooth bring to a boil stirring constantly
  2. Add Jell-O then let cool completely Whip milk which has been refrigerated overnight
  3. Add lemon juice Fold cooled Jell-O mixture into whipped milk blending well Place mixture into 2 prepared crusts
  4. Refrigerate and then serve
