Chiffon Pie

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 34 c pineapple juice
- 1 pkg orange Jell-O small
- 1 large can Carnation milk
- 2 eggs
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 pie shells
Directions
- Mix eggs sugar and pineapple juice until smooth bring to a boil stirring constantly
- Add Jell-O then let cool completely Whip milk which has been refrigerated overnight
- Add lemon juice Fold cooled Jell-O mixture into whipped milk blending well Place mixture into 2 prepared crusts
- Refrigerate and then serve
