- 2 7 oz cans whole green chilies rinsed and seeded
- 1 12 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 14 tsp pepper
