Chili-Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large can Mexican style chili beans I use 2 medium size cans
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp chili pepper I use only 1 Tbsp or less
  • chili sauce to taste 13 to 12 bottle
  • salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • 12 pkg shell macaroni

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onion in skillet
  2. Drain off grease
  3. Season with salt pepper garlic powder and chili pepper
  4. Add tomato soup beans and tomatoes
  5. Simmer
  6. Cook macaroni and add to meat mixture
  7. Simmer a while longer to heat through
  8. This makes quite a large amount
