Chili-Mac
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large can Mexican style chili beans I use 2 medium size cans
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chili pepper I use only 1 Tbsp or less
- chili sauce to taste 13 to 12 bottle
- salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 12 pkg shell macaroni
Directions
- Brown meat and onion in skillet
- Drain off grease
- Season with salt pepper garlic powder and chili pepper
- Add tomato soup beans and tomatoes
- Simmer
- Cook macaroni and add to meat mixture
- Simmer a while longer to heat through
- This makes quite a large amount
