Chili-Pepper Cheese Bake

Ingredients
- 3 cans El Paso green chilies
- 2 c grated sharp cheese
- 6 beaten eggs
- 6 tsp milk
Directions
- Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Layer bottom with strips of chili peppers
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over peppers Bake at 250 for about 45 minutes
- Cut into pieces that will fit onto Waverly Wafers
