Chili Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz bag corn chips
- 1 16 oz can chili
- 2 c cooked pinto beans
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped bell peppers or mild sweet peppers
- 1 c shredded cheese
Directions
- Spread butter in a 3-quart baking dish
- Line the dish with corn chips
- In a saucepan combine chili and beans
- Heat Alternate layers of chili beans onions peppers corn chips and cheese
- Put layer of cheese last
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Yields approximately 7 to 8 servings
