Chili Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 12 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 small can diced chilies
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 small can evaporated milk
Directions
- Layer the
- cheeses in a greased quiche dish
- In quiche shaker mix
- together
- the
- remaining
- ingredients
- Pour over cheese and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
