Chili Cheese Log

Ingredients

• 1 pkg chili seasoning
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 3 Tbsp salsa
• 14 lb Monterey Jack cheese
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Beat 1 package chili seasoning and two 8 ounce packages cream cheese
2. Add salsa
3. Mix well
4. Form a log
5. Roll in shredded Monterey Jack cheese and nuts
