Chili Cheese Squares

Ingredients
- 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
Directions
- Grate cheese and mix together Beat eggs lightly Add canned milk to eggs and blend with cheeses In a 9 x 13 buttered pan cover bottom with chopped green chilies Pour cheese mixture over chilies Bake at 350 for 40 minutes Remove cool Cut in 1 inch squares
