Chili Corn Taco

Ingredients
- 1 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
- 1 16 oz whole kernel corn
- 1 lb can stewed tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in oil until tender
- Brown meat and drain
- Add celery and onion
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes
- Serve as chili or spoon into taco shells or over chips
