Chili Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 32 oz Velveeta cheese chopped
  • 2 15 oz cans beanless chili
  • 1 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet stirring until ground beef is crumbly drain
  2. Heat cheese in slow cooker until melted Stir in ground beef mixture chili and tomatoes
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours
  4. Serve warm with chips
  5. Yields 100 1 ounce servings
