Chili Rellenos Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c each grated Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • 1 7 oz can Ortega whole green chiles drained
  • 2 5 13 oz each cans evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 3 eggs beaten

Directions

  1. Combine cheeses spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish
  2. Split open chiles
  3. Place over cheese top with remaining cheese
  4. Gradually add milk to flour
  5. Blend well add eggs
  6. Pour over casserole cover and bake at 325 for 45 minutes
  7. Cool 10 minutes cut into squares
