Chili Rellenos Bake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c each grated Jack and Cheddar cheese
- 1 7 oz can Ortega whole green chiles drained
- 2 5 13 oz each cans evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 eggs beaten
Directions
- Combine cheeses spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish
- Split open chiles
- Place over cheese top with remaining cheese
- Gradually add milk to flour
- Blend well add eggs
- Pour over casserole cover and bake at 325 for 45 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes cut into squares
