Chili Rellenos Bake

Ingredients
- 1 large can 27 oz whole green chilies
- 2 c grated Monterey cheese
- 12 c chopped green onion
- 1 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs beaten with 3 c milk
- 14 c flour
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- garlic powder to taste
- 34 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish Place a layer of chilies on the bottom Sprinkle with 1 cup Monterey cheese and 14 cup green pepper Repeat this layer
- Mix the remaining ingredients except the Cheddar cheese and pour over the casserole
- Top with the Cheddar cheese Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean
- Cool 5 minutes before serving
