Chili Rice

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1 12 tsp chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 12 c sour cream
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 12 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Mix chilies onions salt and sour cream together
- Layer rice chili mixture tomatoes and cheese in 3 layers in casserole Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
