Chili SauceHeritage Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 qt peeled cored chopped ripe tomatoes about 24 large
- 1 12 c chopped sweet green peppers about 3 medium
- 2 c chopped onion
- 1 to 1 12 c cider vinegar
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Bring to boil simmer until as thick as wanted about 1 to 2 hours
- Stir frequently to prevent sticking
