Chili Tortilla Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 14 12 oz can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope chili sauce mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 12 c pitted ripe olives
- 8 frozen corn tortillas
- 4 oz grated cheese
- 4 oz shredded lettuce
- 4 oz sliced avocado
Directions
- Brown meat
- Add tomatoes tomato sauce and chili sauce mix Simmer 5 minutes
- Stir in corn and olives
- Cut tortillas in half or quarters according to bowl size
- Layer tortillas and meat in casserole bowl ending with tortillas
- Sprinkle with cheese Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
- Garnish after baking with lettuce and avocados
