Chilled Avocado SoupServes 8 To 10

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados mashed
- 4 c chicken broth
- 14 c fresh lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp white pepper
- 18 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 c sour cream
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 12 c minced fresh chives
Directions
- Mix avocados broth lemon juice salt peppers and sherry in blender Blend at low speed until well blended Chill for at least two hours Serve in chilled bowls garnished with chives and bacon
