Chinese Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 34 c uncooked regular rice
- 1 12 c water
- 14 c soy sauce
- 1 c chopped celery
Directions
- Brown beef and onions
- Stir all together
- Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered and for 12 hour uncovered
- Last 15 minutes of baking add 1 medium can of Chinese noodles
- Put back in oven
