Chinese Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 34 c uncooked regular rice
  • 1 12 c water
  • 14 c soy sauce
  • 1 c chopped celery

Directions

  1. Brown beef and onions
  2. Stir all together
  3. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered and for 12 hour uncovered
  4. Last 15 minutes of baking add 1 medium can of Chinese noodles
  5. Put back in oven
