Chinese Beef And Peppers

Ingredients
- 34 lb boneless chuck cut in thin slices
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 12 c Minute rice
- 34 tsp ginger
- 1 c green andor red pepper strips
- 1 12 c beef bouillon
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Saute beef onion and garlic in oil until meat browns
- Add rest of ingredients except rice bring to a boil
- Stir in rice Cover let stand 5 minutes
