Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
- 14 c corn oil
- 2 to 3 lb cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot shredded
- 2 to 3 green onions chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 13 c chicken broth
Directions
- Stir-fry cabbage in oil and salt
- Add carrot and onions
- Add broth
- Cook tossing a minute or so
- Stir in soy sauce
- Serves 4 to 6
