Chinese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 c water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 can mushrooms drained
- 12 c uncooked rice
- 1 can Chinese noodles
Directions
- Brown ground beef
- Add all other ingredients except Chinese noodles
- Bake in covered casserole dish for 30 minutes
- Add Chinese noodles to top
- Bake 15 minutes longer
