Chinese Chews
Ingredients
- 34 c margarine
- 2 12 c brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 c pecans
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 12 c chocolate chips
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c coconut
Directions
- Beat together margarine sugars and eggs until creamy
- Then add salt and flour coconut chocolate chips and pecans
- Pour in two 9-inch cake pans greased and floured
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or leave plain
