Ingredients

  • 34 c margarine
  • 2 12 c brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 c flour
  • 12 c pecans
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 c chocolate chips
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 c coconut

Directions

  1. Beat together margarine sugars and eggs until creamy
  2. Then add salt and flour coconut chocolate chips and pecans
  3. Pour in two 9-inch cake pans greased and floured
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
  5. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or leave plain
