Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tsp ginger
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
- 1 large head lettuce
- 12 c green onions chopped
- 14 c sesame seed
- 1 small pkg chopped almonds
Directions
- Bake sesame seed and almonds for 10 minutes
- Boil chicken breasts with ginger and enough water to cover until done
- Take out of water and let cool completely
- String chicken
- Chop lettuce
- and onions mix well
- Add chicken chow mein noodles sesame seed and almonds
