Chinese Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 c water
- 2 c bok choy cut into 1-inch pieces
- 14 lb fresh fettucine or other wide noodles
- 1 c cooked chicken
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce to taste
- 12 c straw mushrooms canned
- 14 c Chinese pea pods
Directions
- Boil chicken broth and water
- When boiling add bok choy Return to boil cook uncovered for 4 minutes
- Add noodles Cook chicken
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes
- Add mushrooms and pea pods and heat through
- Season to taste and serve
