Chinese Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 34 tsp ground ginger
- 6 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cooking sherry
- salt to taste
- 18 chicken wings
Directions
- Place all dry ingredients in a plastic bag and shake well Then add sherry and soy sauce
- Shake well
- Add chicken close bag tightly and marinate overnight
- Turn bag several times
- Bake chicken for 45 minutes at 400
