Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 12 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp ginger
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp dry sherry
- 12 c honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wings in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
- Arrange wings in single layer in marinade
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight turning pieces once or twice
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until tender turning them a few times as they cook
