Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 12 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp ginger
  • 12 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp dry sherry
  • 12 c honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except wings in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
  2. Arrange wings in single layer in marinade
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight turning pieces once or twice
  4. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until tender turning them a few times as they cook
