Chinese Egg-Drop Soup

Ingredients
- 3 c chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 beaten egg
Directions
- Put chicken broth in saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Immediately reduce heat to simmer
- Dissolve cornstarch in water add to chicken broth stirring until slightly thickened
- Add onion and stir
- Add egg very slowly stirring to break it up
- Serve immediately
