Chinese Goulash

Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 c celery cut in thick diagonal slices
- 1 can bean sprouts rinsed and drained
- 1 can mushroom soup andor 1 can cream of chicken soup no water
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
Directions
- Brown beef drain fat
- Add onion and celery and continue cooking until tender but not soft
- Add bean sprouts and soup Heat thoroughly
- Add canned mushrooms if desired
- Serve over chow mein noodles
