Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 c celery cut in thick diagonal slices
  • 1 can bean sprouts rinsed and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup andor 1 can cream of chicken soup no water
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Brown beef drain fat
  2. Add onion and celery and continue cooking until tender but not soft
  3. Add bean sprouts and soup Heat thoroughly
  4. Add canned mushrooms if desired
  5. Serve over chow mein noodles
