Ingredients
- 1 c chow mein noodles crushed
- 1 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Using high speed of the electric mixer cream butter sugar and vanilla until soft and creamy
- Sift together salt and flour add gradually to butter mixture
- Blend well on low speed
- Add noodles stirring in by hand
- Chill until firm
- Pinch off small pieces of dough and shape into fingers
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- Cool dust with powdered sugar

- 5 to 6 dozen icicles
