Chinese Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 c minced celery
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 12 c ground toasted pecans or almonds
- 1 15 12 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 c chicken broth
- 12 c vinegar
- 1 green pepper cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Combine the first 8 ingredients shape into 1-inch balls Dredge meatballs in 12 cup cornstarch
- Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Add meatballs bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes Drain and set aside
