Chinese Noodle Candy
Ingredients
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 12 oz butterscotch chips
- 6 oz chow mein noodles
- 34 c cashews
Directions
- Combine both chips in a heavy saucepan
- Melt stirring constantly over low heat
- Remove from heat and stir in nuts and noodles
- Mix quickly to coat noodles
- Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper
- Cool
