Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak or more
- 3 sliced onions
- 3 green peppers cut in strips
- 14 to 12 c soy sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- 13 c water
- pinch of pepper
- 12 tsp sugar optional
- 1 or more tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 or more Tbsp cold water
Directions
- Slice the meat diagonally against the grain into 18-inch strips
- Heat a large nonstick or regular skillet use 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the steak quickly over high heat Push aside
