Chinese Pepper SteakCrockery Cooking

Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c fresh or canned drained bean sprouts
- 2 green peppers cut in thin strips
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch with 2 Tbsp cold water
- 4 green onions sliced diagonally
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 14 c Kikkoman soy sauce
- 12 tsp salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice steak diagonally against the grain in narrow strips In skillet brown steak in smoking hot oil
- Combine with garlic salt pepper and sugar in crock-pot
- Cook on low for 6 to 9 hours
- Turn control to High
- Add bean sprouts tomatoes and green peppers
- Dissolve cornstarch in water
- Stir into pot cover and cook on high 20 minutes until thickened and clear Sprinkle with onion
- Serve hot with rice or chow mein noodles
