Chinese Pork Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 14 c soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp catsup
  • 1 12 tsp vinegar
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Directions

  1. Cut meat lengthwise in half
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl
  3. Add meat and turn to coat on all sides
  4. Cover and refrigerate turning meat occasionally at least 8 hours
