Chinese Sauteed Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients
- vegetables
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove fresh garlic chopped
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 12 c chickenvegetable broth or 1 bouillon cube dissolved in 12 c water
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 bunch broccoli
- green peppers
- red peppers
- yellow peppers
- green squash

- Choose any 1 vegetable or combine several
- Vegetables should total 1 pound before cooking
