Chinese Spice Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 14 c flour
- 1 tsp Five Spice powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 tsp vanilla or 12 tsp almond flavoring
Directions
- Combine shortening and sugar
- Add eggs vanilla and milk Add powdered ingredients
- Mix well
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Dip or sprinkle with sugar
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
- Makes 2 12 dozen
