Chinese Torture

Ingredients
- 8 pieces candied ginger finely diced 5 Tbsp after dicing
- 3 oz walnuts chopped about 8 Tbsp after chopping
- 3 Tbsp ginger syrup
- 34 c gingersnaps crushed
- 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted and cooled slightly
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 Tbsp superfine sugar
Directions
- Combine candied ginger walnuts syrup crumbs and melted chocolate
- Form 1-inch balls
- Mix cocoa and sugar
- Coat each ball completely with this mixture
- Wrap and store in refrigerator
