Chinese Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can English peas
  • 1 16 oz can French cut beans
  • 1 16 oz can water chestnuts
  • 1 16 oz can Chinese vegetables without meat
  • 3 medium onions chopped
  • 12 c chopped celery
  • 34 c vinegar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix and let stand overnight in refrigerator
  2. Will keep for days
