Chinese Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 c sliced celery
- 1 c sliced onion
- 2 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 10 oz can chicken broth
- 2 c bean sprouts
- 13 c bamboo shoots
- 13 c water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- cooked rice
Directions
- In a skillet or wok cook diagonally sliced celery bean sprouts and onion in oil until tender
- Add remaining ingredients except rice
- Cook over low heat stirring until thickened
- Serve over rice with additional soy sauce
