Chinese Vermicelli

Ingredients
- 14 c sesame oil
- 14 c black soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp hot chili oil
- 2 Tbsp black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 18 lb fresh vermicelli dry is good too
- 12 c sesame seed toasted
- 1 c green onions thinly sliced on the diagonal
Directions
- In a large bowl whisk together sesame oil soy sauce sugar chili oil and vinegar
- Cook vermicelli in boiling water until barely tender probably less than a minute
- Drain rinse with cold water and drain again
