Chioppino
Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 34 jar chopped garlic
- 1 lb butter
- 3 cans tomato sauce large
- 15 Lambrusco wine large
- 1 pkg Italian spice dried
- 1 palm full oregano
- 1 palm full basil
- 5 bay leaves
- 2 cans clams
- olive oil
- 1 large red onion
- 2 lb large shrimp
- 2 lb cocktail shrimp
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 lb red snapper
- 10 to 12 lb halibut or bass
- small bottle Lambrusco wine
Directions
- Mince onion Take
- 2 cubes of butter and cover the bottom of pan with olive oil
- Saute

- Simmer
