Chip Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 large jar chipped dried beef chopped well
• 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 to 2 Tbsp milk if needed

Directions

1. Cream all ingredients together saving enough chipped beef to roll cheese ball in
2. Shape into 1 large or 2 small cheese balls Chill until firm and roll in the reserved chip beef
3. Serve with crackers
