Chipped Beef Dip

Ingredients

• 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 2 oz jar smoked chipped beef finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp minced onion
• 12 tsp pepper
• 12 c sour cream
• 12 c crushed pecans optional

Directions

1. Blend cheese and milk
2. Add beef onion and pepper to cheese mixture
3. Blend in sour cream
4. Put in ovenproof dish
5. Cover top with crushed pecans
6. Serve hot with crackers
7. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
