Chitterling FrittersFor Bill Colgan

Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 egg
- pinch of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c cooked and chopped chitterlings
- milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients with enough milk to give a pancake batter consistency
- Drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil
- Cook until browned
